Since 1967, a growing staff of Baptist Mid-Missions missionaries has been serving the Lord in Utah. Hundreds of lives have been touched and souls saved. Several Independent Baptist Churches have been established and buildings built. Thousands of Gospel tracts and other literature have been distributed. Hundreds of people from churches and Bible colleges all across the country have come to Utah to help on a short-term basis. Our Missionaries are presently working to establish six new churches in strategic locations in the State. In 1978, our Council helped to establish the Utah Independent Baptist Camp (Camp Utibaca) which now has a continuing ministry and beautiful facilities in the mountains of Central Utah up Ephraim Canyon. Utah is truly a great place to serve the Lord. |
